Below is how the design process and workflow is typically like;
1. Design Brief
Please fill up the “contact me” form, with as much information as you can provide. Upon getting your email or messages, a design brief will be sent to you. Please, answer the best of your ability, as it will help me understand your needs. This allows me to get a better idea of your needs, visions, and other essential information.
2. 50% Upfront Payment
The project's quotation will be sent to you. Upon agreement of the cost of the project, 50% upfront payment will be requested before the design process begins.
3. Initial Designs
Please be patient for the initial phase of the entire creation process, brainstorming and researching usually took some time for the designer to think of creative ideas and solutions. 2 or 3 concepts will be sent to you, from there you will have the freedom to choose either of the options or design direction.
4. Revision or Design Development
We will work closely and develop the design further, this will take some time. It can be as simple as changing the color or the design elements. Feedback and input from you will be greatly appreciated and taken into account to improve on the design. I want you to be fully satisfied with the outcome.
5. Final 50% payment
After you have decided on the final design, the final 50% payment will be requested. Upon getting the payment, the standard (pdf, ai, jpeg, png) files format will be prepared and sent to you. You may also get back to me anytime if you need a certain type of files format that is not included, I will try my best to fulfil the request.
